Message by Mr. Jose Mavely, Chairman of Janaseva Sports Academy.
I humbly request the public to come forward to offer full hearted support for our Janaseva Sports Academy which is launched with an aim to give international level coaching in various sports to our children.
In 2008, Janaseva Sisubhavan started the Janaseva Sports Academy to cater to the sporting needs of its children, to harness their sporting talents, to promote their competition opportunities and to augment their winning capabilities. Janaseva Sports Academy serves as a super tonic for the physical and mental development of the once disadvantaged children now under our care and guardianship. The Academy is spread across an area of around 6.5 acres of land located within the campus of Janaseva Boys’ Home, Mekkad near Nedumbassery Airport.
The Academy includes a full-fledged football court, basketball court, volleyball court, swimming pool, etc. The Academy is proud to have within its fold a few national and state level players as coaches. We not only aim to provide our children better coaching in various sports and games but also take care to mold them into cooperative and responsible citizens of a future India. Over the years, our children have already made a mark in state and school level teams. Raja, Velumurugan, Gayathri, Babu and Lokesh are some of Janaseva’s children who have successfully translated the dreams of the Academy into reality with their outstanding performances at various levels.
